At the same time, you need an expert to prevent disputes that are often much more costly than upfront legal fees. So, let’s jump in.

We bill by the hour, but we bill in 6-minute increments. Not half an hour or an hour. We don’t require large recurring retainers. We will request an up-front fee, but we only invoice for services rendered after that fee is consumed. And we can offer fixed fees on a few specific tasks, like trademark filings, but the rest is billed hourly and invoiced at the end of the month.
